Custom Cut Orders
Besides the convenience of having a freezer full of quality beef, you are able to customize the packaging. You choose the cuts and packaging you desire (thickness of steaks, # of items per package, hamburger patties, stew meat, etc). If you’re not sure what you want, Country Village Meats does a great job walking you through the options. All meat is wrapped in freezer paper and labeled. The meat is allowed to age for 2 to 3 weeks before cutting to ensure a tender product. Your order will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the beef has been harvested.
